What we collect

• Account details: name/username, email, password (hashed), age/eligibility confirmations.
• Usage & device data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages/actions, timestamps, crash logs.
• Cookies/analytics: cookies and similar tech for preferences, security, analytics, and (if enabled) marketing.
• Purchase metadata (if applicable): transaction ID, items, amount, currency, time, and payment status. We do not store full card details; payment providers process them.
• Communications: messages you send us and support records.

How we use it

• Provide and operate the service, including login, gameplay features, and customer support.
• Keep the service safe (fraud prevention, security monitoring, and abuse detection).

Retention

Cross-border processing

Some providers may store or process information outside Canada. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protections are in place consistent with Canada privacy requirements.
