Terms of Service

1) Eligibility & Canada age requirement

The Service is intended for users in Canada who are at least 19 years old (or the legal gambling age where you are located, if higher). Do not use the Service if you do not meet these requirements.

2) Social casino only (no real-money gambling)

• No real-money gambling: you cannot wager or win real money through the Service.
• No prizes of real-world value: any rewards are for entertainment only.
• Outcomes are for gameplay/entertainment; they do not create any right to value outside the Service.

3) Virtual currency & virtual items

• Virtual currency/items have no monetary value, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed or “cashed out”.
• You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use virtual currency/items solely within the Service.
• We may adjust, reset, or discontinue virtual currency/items to operate the Service, subject to applicable law.

4) Accounts & security

You are responsible for your account and activity on it. Keep credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts for security or policy reasons.

5) Acceptable use

• No cheating, automation/bots, exploits, reverse engineering, or interference with the Service.
• No illegal, harmful, harassing, or deceptive conduct; no infringement of others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to buy/sell/trade accounts or virtual currency/items outside the Service.

6) Optional in-app purchases (if offered)

Some features may be offered for purchase. Prices, billing frequency (if any), and taxes (including Canada GST where applicable) will be shown before you confirm. If a subscription is offered, renewal and cancellation are handled via the app store/provider you used (e.g., Apple/Google). Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by Canada law or the relevant store’s policies.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, artwork, logos, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

8) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that gameplay will be available at all times. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or Competition Act that cannot be excluded.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss arising from unauthorised access, interruptions, or your misuse of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent allowed by law.

10) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, to protect users, or to comply with law. On termination, licences granted to you end and access to virtual currency/items may be lost.

11) Disputes & governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Canada courts (and, where applicable, the Disputes Tribunal).

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
